Insurance

When you schedule an appointment with us, please make sure to provide us a copy of your insurance card (email to: info@flemingtondentalarts.net) and we will call to verify benefits prior to your appointent to avoid situations where your plan may not be one we work with, or may not be in-network with.  The following is a list of most dental plans* and payment options that we typically work with in our office:

*Dental insurance is a contract between the patient, their employer (if applicable), and the insurance provider. Submitting claims for payment to the insurance provider is a courtesy provided by our office. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for all charges not paid by their insurer in a timely manner (claims unpaid beyond 60 days typically).  Co-payments are due at the time services are rendered and are an estimate only, not a guarantee of dental insurance payments.  We partner with Care Credit for any payment plans and will expect you to have arrangements in place on the date of your services. Statements are sent out to patients regularly. Accounts unpaid after 90 days are turned over to a collection agency.
