*Dental insurance is a contract between the patient, their employer (if applicable), and the insurance provider. Submitting claims for payment to the insurance provider is a courtesy provided by our office. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for all charges not paid by their insurer in a timely manner (claims unpaid beyond 60 days typically). Co-payments are due at the time services are rendered and are an estimate only, not a guarantee of dental insurance payments. We partner with Care Credit for any payment plans and will expect you to have arrangements in place on the date of your services. Statements are sent out to patients regularly. Accounts unpaid after 90 days are turned over to a collection agency.
